We are a locally owned and operated home leasing company, established in 2008 by Ben and Lauren McElhannon. Most of the homes we lease have been recently built by us through our local home building company, McElhannon Construction, Inc. Our rental homes are built with quality construction offering modern comfort, affordability and style. We take pride in our homes and it's important to us that our tenants receive responsive and respectful attention.
